  W.O.: Western Cape, South Africa.
  
  Tasted chilled. No decant.
  
  N....a touch of wood, not much of anything else.
  
  C....solid gold - seemed to be advanced for a 2 yr old.
  
  T....Properly Dry! Some pretty sound fruit but there's a tightness in texture, it's core; fruit is pineapple, passion fruit, some stone fruit; a chalky mineral profile rather than a wet stone one; some depth to the flavours; no real sustained length to the flavours.
  
  Nothing near mature, and feels cellar time will be worth it.
  
  VFMoney?.....cost £13.95 but feels worth around £15.00 - £20.00. Will be buying again.

  December 10, 2023 - White flowered and melon
  Gingery nose. Maybe whif of petrol.
  Rich and oily textured
  Bitter orange pith and nutty finish.
  Better on day 2. I think this is a white that should be decanted.
  Reminds me a bit of Soave.

  April 11, 2023 - Orchard fruit and cream on the nose. Rich flavours of orchard fruit, with a beeswax and creamy texture. Med finish

  March 21, 2023 - Initially there were strong characters of struck match and sulphur, nonetheless it’s crisp and minerally with a hint of pear laced with cream. Still very young and perhaps needs a year or so in bottle to fully reveal itself. CHP 86 pts
