April 18, 2024 - Lush and juicy Pinot Noir with heaps of Strawberries and red fruit, cola notes along with anise, spice and a little cardamom the mid-palate is velvety, a succulent finish.

November 24, 2023 - Fine value Russian River Valley, Sonoma, 2021 Dutton-Goldfield Pinot Noir Dutton Ranch ($28). Mid-ruby, viscous (13.5 alc.); red fruit, berries, floral and wood nose; low-mid acids; mid tannins; balanced; nice style for the price; semi-long, semi-lush cherry and wood finish. w/flat breads. 16.5/91.

October 7, 2023 - Medium-dark garnet in color. Full, forward & aromatic nose of ripe fruit aromas of cherries, blueberries & plums with overtones of spices, floral & earthy/dusty notes, minerals, herbs & a touch of oak/vanilla in the background. Medium bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, ripe fruit flavors of cherries, blueberries & plums with spices, minerals, herbs, cola & a hint of oak/vanilla. Lingering finish. Drinks well at present although it does have potential for further development with additional aging.
