October 19, 2023 - The aroma is full of sweet cherries, garrigue, buttermilk and hints of black pepper. A bit of leather, licorice and barnyard rounds out the nose.
The palate opens with sweet cherry and blackberry, followed by bitter herbs, pepper, and some rustic traits. Tannins are slightly grippy and lingering. Wonderful QPR!
