October 27, 2012 - Such a nice bottle. In a sweet spot. Held a bit long for Chablis, but so good right now. I was thinking of that, but based on 1er Cru and 05 thought it was fine - and was I right. Deeper, slightly more evolved, yet with good acidity. Really enticing and such a charmer. My only regret is that I do not have more.
