  March 31, 2016 - Another simply great bottle from KaJo, the master from Ürzig.
  Few, if any, makes Auslese Riesling in MSR as good as this.
  Exciting and complex lovely nose with petroleum/diesel, lots of wet slate, dill, mint and honey diped tropical ripe fruits.
  Palate is mature and a mixture of ripe honeyed tropical fruits and minerals, with a great balance between sweetness & acidity.
  Keeps growing in the glass for as long as it lasts.
  Great length.
  Will keep, if you want, but lovely now.
  Simply great Riesling.

  March 31, 2016 - On the nose: Petrol, apricot, dill, little smoke, slate. After a while a mint tone occured.
  On the palate: Smoked rind, apricot and exotic fruits, blue cheese. Very high and fine balanced acidity and sweetness.

  I am always happy to drink this kind of hand crafted masterpieces. Bravo!

  April 1, 2007 - a shade too much petrol flavor for me. nevertheless, the wine had a wonderful mouthfeel and balance to it that indicated it will continue to evolve.
