February 16, 2024 - Tasted at Wine & Spirits Top 100 NYC. The Estate is owned by the Perrin family of Ch. Beaucastel fame. This is an unusual blend of 70% Roussanne with 17% Picpoul, 10% Grenache Blanc and Clairette Blanche. I enjoyed this. Certainly shows its Rhône roots, but the Picpoul really freshens up the dominant Roussanne. I found this to be quite different in a good way. Melon, stone fruits, tropical fruit. Lovely depth (multiple grapes will do that I presume)…Lovely long finish. Needs air….I got the last pour from a bottle and that may have helped, as the person pouring suggested.
Tasting note previously may have been erroneously posted to the “other” Blanc de Tablas… will verify with the winery and delete one accordingly.

January 11, 2024 - Lively stone fruit. Takes some time to open. Give this a good decant if opening over the next few years. Excellent balance. Some lime on the finish.

November 23, 2023 - If you enjoy white rhone blends particularly on the floral/lanolin end of the spectrum you will enjoy this. Lacks the spine and verve of some of its French cousins but drinks very nicely. Better with 2h in decanter now or with a few years.
