April 10, 2024 - Nose a little reduction but plenty of red fruit
Lean, a little austere, with some tannin, great purity.
Long. Worth decanting to open up, I think. -

February 7, 2023 - A private dinner (Restaurant l’Entrecôte et les Dames, Amsterdam, NL): Almost a Beaujolais style of Crozes, fruit-driven, soft and supple, juicy, lovely fruit definition, flowers and cream, light to medium body (12.5% ABV), minerally freshness, mild tannins, black pepper, good length. A lovely, unassuming drink, with admirable purity and precision.
