November 16, 2023 - Hints of green apple and pear on nose. Dry, light, nice acidity, clean finish. Paired well with Grilled salmon with Korean BBQ sauce.

October 10, 2023 - Maybe a little past it's prime, but great for the price point. Nose of green apple, briar patch in fall. Medium body, nice acidity, juicy but dry, medium finish.
