March 23, 2024 - Opened young but after 1.5 hours of decanting this was ready to enjoy. Palate was substantial with cherry, oak, and hints of cranberry & cola. The palate was very balanced already with smooth cherry, cranberry some hints of plum and oak.

February 24, 2024 - Ruby color with slow legs. Cedar, oak and cherry on the nose. Red plum, cola and white pepper on the palate. Long silky finish. May improve with age.

November 13, 2023 - Still young, notes of blackberry, tart cherry, spice, with soft tannins. Paired very well with grilled Miso glazed Coho salmon.
