Community Tasting Notes 2

February 4, 2024 - Medium vibrant gold color, overly acidic on initial pour. Ut Opened up after 30 mins to more pronounced ripe apple, honey. Dry, similar taste, high acid. Would have loved with shrimp or scallops, risotto, somrthing rich with a little sweetness. Food wine.

September 16, 2023 - First vermentino for me so take my notes with a grain of salt. Enjoyable wine with some grapefruit on the nose but more bitter than sour on the aftertaste. Almost like a sav blanc until the finish, which is more interesting.
