    March 3, 2023 - Colour: medium(-) lemon
Nose: medium(+) intensity, secondary, youthful. Russet apple, pear, lemon, lemon peel. Nectarine, peach, apricot. White flowers. Wet stone. Honey. Vanilla, cinnamon.
Palate: dry, medium(+) acidity, medium alcohol (13,5%), medium bodied. Medium(+) intensity, medium length finish. Russet apple, pear, lemon, lemon peel. Nectarine, peach, apricot. White flowers. Wet stone, saline. Honey. Sweet spice (but less prominent than on the nose). Touch of bitterness (but not unpleasant).
Conclusions: good. Can drink now, but suited to further short-term ageing.
    Seal: DIAM1 cork.
