Community Tasting Notes 2

April 29, 2024 - Quite oaky. Nice creamy body if a little acid deficient. Will hold other two bottles.

Came together more on day two with the oak receding (though not gone) to reveal some nice lush citrus and borderline tropical notes. A wisp of butter. Wonderful nose, papaya tropical medley. Definitely better on second day. A Californian presentation but not overdone.

February 7, 2024 - Excellent QPR, waxy lemon notes with a great weightly texture to the palette. It leans a little into under-ripe pineapple but is not heavily tropical.
