March 29, 2024 - Really lovely — very good! Medium nose, tertiary. Lots of red plum, Davison’s plum, cranberry, juniper berry, maybe strawberry. Fruit leather. Leather, earth, some barnyard funk. Fresh, but with some savoury tertiary character. Unoaked. Dry, medium(+) tannins, medium acidity, high alcohol (14%). By the glass at Retrobottega Travagli, Ferrara
