  September 6, 2023 - Bottle 1321g. Aromas of moderate to elevated intensity, more sweet vanilla than I like, other sweet spice, black cherry, loam, some alcoholic burn, slightly lifted. Dry, with elevated edgy acidity, medium-bodied but hot at 14.5% abv. Too much oak, too much alcohol, out of whack.
