March 16, 2024 - pale straw and light- to medium-bodied. quite a bit of reduction in the nose does let the green apple, lemon and herbal notes come thru. a bit tight but racy, bright, and saline in the mouth, the moderate intensity of the pear and orchard fruit notes still needs to catch up with that of the lemon. in between, some interesting bright herbal, sweet spice, and accents seem to come thru. seems to come together in the very long persistence.
this needs quite some time to unwind still.
13% AbV; sees about one-third new oak. -

March 16, 2024 - Light lemon-hued. Aromas and flavors of apple, citrus, melon, peach, pear, and saline, with hints of cream and vanilla and a finish of minerals. Light-bodied with high acidity. Balanced.

February 1, 2023 - Super lovely, crisp, floral, white flowers; elegant, balanced, mineral laden with pear and orchard fruits; tangy boyant concentrated finish. Very nice. 71 Above Jadot tasting
