Ce jour-là il était ouvert, accessible et fin, flanqué d’une belle finale bourguignonne, un petit coté terroir comme on les aime.
Là où Fremiets semblait plus opulent, rond, fruité, champans se montrait plus ciselé (a priori pas habituel)
