December 18, 2023 - Vin délicieux bu avec un plat de bolognaise. On a un structure tendre et siroteuse au milieu avec des parfums de cerise noire et de fleur complétée par un extérieur plus épice et réglisse. En bouche on retrouve cette même dualité qui donne un vin très complet. Les tannins eux attachaient un peu chose qui me déplaisait légèrement cependant la longueur est géniale et le vin évolue très bien vers des notes de fruits plus complexes.

August 22, 2023 - Prince - Barolo 2019 (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Similar to the Serralunga this exhibits fruit tea and slight cherry but with pot pourri over dried rose petal in the background. Medium plus intensity acidity, silky grippy tannins, cherry fruit, rose petal. Lovely
