May 3, 2020 - Just excellent going with the birthday cakes. Sweet but not sticky. Fruity (leechi mostly) but not watery. Highly recommended.

May 26, 2018 - Very very good. Lychee nose. Crisp acidity to brighten the sweetness. Drink or hold.

September 24, 2016 - Medium to dark amber in the glass, basically how it's been since bottling. The nose jumps out of the glass with a great exuberance, ripe apricots, pineapple, lychee, raisins - all with keeping its peaty Rangen roots. Nicely sweet but plenty of acidity to wash it off the palate and then leave a very long glow of a finish. Still drinking quite young. 50+15+15+10+10=100

August 13, 2016 - Dinner Robuchon Macau. A dessert in itself, although the dessert and petit fours trolleys were raided afterwards. From full bottle, though half was saved for next day's lunch.
Orangey gold in colour. Superb nose of bortrytis and kumquat. Palate of marmalade, yuzu, and creme brulee with just enough acidity to achieve what I call balance and kept my palate clean. A long long finnish.
The next day was the same and paired with blue cheese (I think Bleu d'Auvergne) and crackers. Sublime.

September 7, 2013 - Color has advanced to light caramel. On the palate lots of zingy acidity to balance the tropical fruits and a darker peaty flavor that seems to uniquely meld together. Outstanding.
