    February 16, 2023 - Fantastic wine,

Amazing nose of both chalky, craie and lees aging, the wine is disgorged in 2016 spending 12 years on lattes.

Complex, with brioche, bread paste, yeasty complex character and fresh cut hay... evolving and changing during the tasting

Palate is sooooo young and bright, vivid acidity, perfect balance of evolution and bright citrusy fruit character... the long almost never ending finish of buttery and brioche is held by a zesty tangy acidity

    Enormous wine
