January 1, 2008 - Cyprus Wines; 12/23/2007-1/5/2008 (Nicosia, Cyprus): Wild nose with sauvage and swine pheromone elements. Musk perfume base as well. Sweet spoiled meat on the palate, very soft on the palate. Some tight fruit, but mostly flat. Time dimmed off the character and left Aussie shiraz, deemed as so by a guest who likes the stuff. More time produced a very flabby mess with split wood aromas.
