February 3, 2024 - This one started out a bit tart and closed off. Predominant red raspberry flavors with a touch of cranberry. A bit more astringent than other Papapietro Pinots. Had a glass and went out to dinner and upon our return had smoothed out and was much more accessible. A touch of dusty cherry at that point. I would advise holding this longer or definitely decanting at this point in time.

August 24, 2023 - Papapietro always delivers a solid Pinot Noir and this one leaned to a more savory and retrained from a fruit standpoint. Presented more of a restrained red fruit profile with medium body. Seamless mouthfeel and would pair well with food.
