  November 27, 2023 - 有着柠檬饼干，还有酒泥带来的面包之类的气味，主体是青苹果、绿豆糕、白芦笋和轻微泥土感，类似雨后草坪，蒸腾清新的气息，后段还有橙花、柠檬和葡萄柚的香气，香气渐进有变化，层次感好。喝起来有着中等饱满度，但体态有致，颀长而匀称有力，轻微的泥土、白茶、茉莉花茶、青苹果、柚子、油桃等香气，清新可人，收尾还有泥土、石头和轻微金属矿物，余韵略带水蜜桃味。92-93/100

  November 18, 2023 - A fairly new addition to the Keller lineup, this Sylvaner is serious business and it actually reminded me more of the Feuervogel than I expected.
  The nose showed notes of flint, musty herbs, and the fragrance of orchard fruit.
  The palate was the star of the show, as is often the case with Sylvaner/Silvaner. It opened up with tart fruit notes of grapefruit and green apples with great acidity and a long saline finish. But this quickly opened up to show delicious fruit with notes of lemon oil on the dense and texturally mineral palate.
  This was an absolutely world class white wine that is built for age. I am very happy to have more in the cellar.
  When Sylvaner/Silvaner is made well, it is so honest and pure. I love how a wine can speak to a place and this wine does that.
