February 28, 2024 - This was the first time I've tried the Roe from Corollary. I enjoyed it. Quite refreshing, red fruit predominates the palate. I agree with the previous note, it is on the riper side of things. I'm looking at the drinking window and I wonder if I should have waited? It did come off as a bit one dimensional, even after a few hours. it was good but I've liked other cuvee of theirs more, for what it's worth.

December 9, 2023 - The Sixth Annual World's Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine (Houston, Texas): Retail $55. 55% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Gris. Vibrant pink with a hint of orange. Good fruit a bit on the ripe side on the palate. Quite tart on the palate with a bit of blood orange and under-ripe strawberry. Nice. Excellent. 90 Points.

April 14, 2023 - Absolutely gorgeous nose of white raspberry, pie crust, lemongrass, ginger, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Massive flavors that add a little narrowly oil, freesia, and perfume to the potpourri, all leading to an expanding mid palate and a long mouth-watering finish. Stellar!
