Community Tasting Notes 1

May 20, 2023 - A light ruby-magenta in the glass. Lots of red fruit here - cranberry, pomegranate, red cherry and raspberry. Bright flavours. Orange pith adds a pleasant, subtle bitterness. A touch of oak too. Good acidity and refined tannins. While this is fairly soft (within the context of a young Pommard), it is still too tight and needs 3-5 years of rest. Held fairly consistent over 2 days.
