May 4, 2024 - This wine is delicious.
Mouthfeel tells it's very Santa Barbara County, in it's fullness, silkiness, creaminess.
Medium intense lemon/gold
Citrus lemons lime green apple
Hint of grapefruit
Wet stone Saline
Body full
Dry
Alcohol high
Acid high
Tannin none
Viscosity mouthfeel fully enveloped, creamy
Finish med-long 45-60 seconds
Very good quality
Should age for a decade in cool cellar, and develop character. Test annually.
Chardonnay 100%
14.5% abv
But a case or two.

April 30, 2024 - Lots of complexity. More floral and zesty notes (think lime zest and even a hint of white pepper) than I usually taste in Chardonnay.

April 4, 2024 - I can understand the positive WS/WE reviews at least at a high level. Complex mushroomy/herbaceous mid-palate and lots of minerality, with enough body to feel substantial but also good freshness and grapefruity citrus. I do think it might be better in a year as those flavors ideally gel.
