November 15, 2023 - Pale orange colour. Medium and youthful nose with peach, wild strawberries, lemon, dried herbs, rose petal and wet stone. Medium taste of wild strawberries, red currant, lemon and dried herbs. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good German Rosé. Drink now. Goes well with fish, poultry or shellfish.
