December 22, 2008 - Deep, almost opaque burgundy/cordovan color (although I did not decant it). Full bodied, moderate Zinfandel aroma/flavor. Really sets up the taste buds, leaving them tingling: would be good with mild appetizers leading up to a hearty meal (and different wine)
