April 25, 2024 - Light on its feet but intense. The subtle skin contact adds structure and yeasty complexity. Steely acidity, lemon curd, very good varietal typicity, convincing finish. Much more generosity and charm than the skinny Le Coulezain 2021. At restaurant Caves Madeleine, Beaune, France.
