March 5, 2024 - Gave this another go round. Nice acidity but not teeth shattering by far. Slight minerality with slight tropical notes on the nose (not grassy notes by the way) an a light lemon zest to it Its an easy drinker for sure. Gave it about 2 hours in the bottle before trying

Not wowed by it in the least but it could be because of my human error. Acidity is still there , nose is really soft but u can smell some exotic fruits in the distance. Lemon zest takes over the palate but not in a very bold way. Drink up.

December 4, 2023 - Nice sauvignon blanc with a subtle crushed tomato leaf-grapefruit nose. Mineral, somewhat fruity palate and balanced acidity.
