April 17, 2024 - Nice light straw color. Exciting and evocative nose of cat pee, grass, and soil. Then hints of lime and grapefruit peel. On the palate the fruit flavors are very restrained, dominated by minerals and saline. The acid is on the flabby side. The mouthfeel is a bit too oily.

December 25, 2023 - Straw yellow. Honeydew, pineapple, lime, peach, slight floral aromas. Honeydew, lime, peach, grapefruit, pear, a hint of sweetness. Medium acidity and a shorter finish.
