April 27, 2024 - Wirklich schöne Chardonnay Nase, einerseits gelbfruchtig und einen Touch Cappuchino, andererseits Jasmintee und mini Reduktion, dazu eine gut eingebundene aber präsente Säure (liegt bei über 7g/l während der Zucker bei unter 1g/l liegt). Im Mund kein Ausbund an Komplexität, dafür mit wirklich wunderbarem Aromenspiel - in keine Richtung übertrieben, im Gegenteil, von einer großen Harmonie und und mit Können bereitet.
