    Je vais commencer par dire que le nez est absolument débile ! Tout ce qu'on s'attend d'un grand vin.
    Un profil évolué sur du fruits mures, un peu de sous bois avec des saveurs précises et prononcés. L'acidité est à point, le vin est très fin et possède une magnifique et longue finale. Une autre grande réussite !

    March 18, 2023 - beau nez sur le secondaire, voir tertiaire. un brin bretté au début mais le tout se dissipe, fruit plus mur, fruit plus confit, champignons, c’est aboutit, cuir, sous bois, menthol, viande, menthol
    Bouche super ouverte, perturbante, un kaléidoscope d’arômes, le fruit frais emmène une fraîcheur alors que plusieurs arômes tertiaires sont présents. encore une belle acidité, framboise complexe, floral, sous-bois
    C’est vraiment un beau vin, un voyage à cheval entre le vieux et le neuf.
    Très beau vin !

    (Armand Rousseau Charmes-Chambertin) Floral, spicey, minerally. Very pretty nose. Sappy, ripe and concentrated. Lots of red fruits. Kind of soft. Hints of animal on the finish. Excellent.
