April 2, 2024 - Pale lemon. Light intensity citrus on the nose. On the palate high acid low alcohol, lemon zest, medium finish. Simple. Much better on day two which bodes well.

February 23, 2024 - Color is clear pale lemon green. Nose is very pleasant, with pineapple, lemon, florals. On the palate, a medium viscosity and nice balance of acid and sugar. Palate shows Meyer lemon, tropical fruits, sugared grapefruit. Could maybe use a hint more complexity, which brings down my score a bit, but overall a very nice bottle at a solid price. I think this would be fantastic with Thai food.

January 26, 2024 - Organic with FairnGreen certification. Clay and slate soils. High intensity on the nose and palate with white peach, green apple and lots citrusy acidity keeping it from being too sweet. Off-dry, but could be versatile with lots of stuff. Lots of salinic minerality too.

December 26, 2023 - Residual sugar, clean taste. Elements of lime, apple peel. Quite dusty smell at first, but blew off fairly quickly. Very pale colour. Loved it
