November 24, 2023 - A well crafted Syrah where grapes were farmed from several plots located at 680-820 meters of altitude. Wine was aged in used FR oak for 12 months and 24 months in bottle. Deep ruby colour. Intense and dense aroma of blackberries, leather, chocolate, toast, earth, smoky hints. Full body, rich, powerful and concentrated, dense structure, black fruit flavours with hints of toast and chocolate. I would enjoy a bit more grip and vibrancy of this medium- acidity and medium- velvety tannic structure.
