  May 16, 2024 - Amber in color. Brown sugar, oak, woodwork , whisky . Initially it tastes mostly of old suitcase and alcohol, but after a little while it mellows out quite a bit, and shows exquisite character. Stone fruit , apricot .Its sweet but still has some freshness to it. Beautifully balanced and very long. Delicious with cheese

  January 27, 2024 - This is a deep amber colored wine. The flavor is exquisite and dominated with apricot flavor. It's a very full bodied wine with silky consistency. The sweetness is luscious, but there's enough acidity on the finish to balance it out. The finish is persistent with brown sugar. This is a intricate wine that's perfectly made for a desert by itself. This is the same description that I published for my first bottle. It went over so well tonight that I raised my score for this second bottle.
