March 24, 2024 - The bottle looked brand new and the fill was high. This made sense since it was recorked in 2005. Mature nose, very much alive on the palate. Soft with aged, dark fruit, earth and pencil. It came across a little flat. Others enjoyed this more than I did.

November 17, 2023 - The best bottle of this I have ever tasted just stole the show! When the cork came out, looking good, I had high hopes. When the wine hit my glass, I knew it was a show stopper with its cedar, lead pencil, truffle, Cuban cigar, and red currant perfume. Drink from 2023-2033.
