April 17, 2024 - Vin Chicago Pickup Party & Tasting (Bobak's Signature Events): Retailer tasting. Ruby red color. Nondescript and generic, with very little personality. Soft, almost muddled red fruit with a medium finish.

April 10, 2024 - By the glass. Agiorgitiko from the area of Nemea, Peloponnese peninsula. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for a year in French oak barrels. It then rests in the bottle for another six months before being released. On the nose, aromas of bkack cherry and thyme and oriental spices stand out.
On the palate it has a light texture, an elusive acidity and a lactic but gently tannic finish that seems to invite for another glass. Straight wine, no depth at all.

March 7, 2024 - Red cherry, raspberry, oak notes, plum. High acidity, medium minus tannins. Well balanced, easygoing wine

February 10, 2024 - Mostly meh. Nothing to dislike but a bit tart and blah. Put it away for a 2nd day, maybe will be better tomorrow? Opened 1.5 hrs prior to tasting
