July 12, 2023 - Langton's Bordeaux En Primeur 2022 tasting (Langham Hotel, Kent Street, Sydney): Ripe blackcurrant, touch of cream, plums, violets, sweet spice, smidge of plain chocolate as well. Clean though. Savoury , liquorice initially then tight drying though softly textured tannic grip persists pas the fruit which sits very much in the background. Meh on the palate unless the wood settles down

Im Gaumen zugänglich, sehr charmant, knackige Frucht, gut verpacktes Tannin, dieses ist fein mit der Frucht verwoben, die Säure hält frisch, in sich ein sehr stimmiges Weinpaket mit guter Länge und einem feinwürzigen, rotfruchtigen Finish.
