September 5, 2023 - Bordeaux 2022 barrel samples and some additional vintages (Solliden in Stockhom): This wine was served a bit colder than many others at the tasting event.
The reason could be the slightly bitter? aftertaste. -

May 8, 2023 - Rich in color, the wine is floral, with pepper, spice, tobacco leaf, currants, and blackberries. Medium-bodied, fresh, soft, ripe, round, and polished, with blackberries, black cherries, chocolate, spice, and cedar nuances. The fruits are fresh, bright, and creamy. Give this just a few years in the bottle and it promise to be even better! The wine was made from blending 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot, and 4% Cabernet Franc. 14.5% ABV, 3.77 pH. This is the first vintage with the new owner, Jackie Lorenzetti, and the team of Emmanuel Cruse, fully in charge. Drink from 2025-2045. 94-96 Pts.

April 24, 2023 - Complex, deep, dense... A lot of tension on the palate, very big.
Promising but will need loads of time. -

April 23, 2023 - En Primeur campaign for the 2022 vintage Day Two (Bordeaux): Very slightly baked black fruits; blackcurrant; plum, a little pencil shavings, sweet spice. Medium plus intensity acidity, quite hard and bitter and a little sour. Tannins are drying. Better than last year but it feels like they still need time to get to know the vineyard (note - Lafon Rochet changed hands September 2021)
