Community Tasting Notes 2

May 8, 2023 - White flowers, grapefruit, spearmint, orange, mango, green apple, and pineapple show in the nose. From there you find sweet, yellow and orange citrus, pineapple, and pears from start to finish on the mid-palate through to the end note. The nose is just great with all of its pineapple, white peach, honeysuckle, mango, orange rind, and waxy lemons in the perfume. Fresh, crisp and energetic, with a bit of chalk to accompany all the yellow fruits in the finish. The wine is produced from 86% Sauvignon Blanc and 14% Semillon. 14% ABV, 3.24 pH. Drink from 2024-2028. 92-92 Pts.

I love it!
