  May 8, 2023 - Flowers, blackberries, currants, espresso, and plums with a touch of cocoa form the nose. On the palate, the wine is loaded with lusciously-textured, ripe, polished fruits. There is a solid depth of flavor, good energy, and layers of black and red fruits on the mid-palate and in the creamy, fruit-packed finish. Drink from 2027-2055. 94-96 Pts.

Im Auftakt harmlos, dann packt der Gerbstoff zu, die Frucht ist hier leider etwas im Hintergrund, der Wein endet trocknend und rotfruchtig.   April 24, 2023 - En Primeur campaign for the 2022 vintage Day Three (Bordeaux): Plummy, ripe, sweet spice, a little blackcurrant note here as well, smells quite concentrated. Tending to medium plus intensity acidity, juicy, savoury, woody, cream notes, the blackcurrant and plum fruit is concentrated the tannins are chewy and close down the palate, a touch of alcohol warmth on the finish, better than I remember the first tasting being.
