November 30, 2023 - Light ruby red color.
Strawberry, cranberry, caramel, nutmeg/cinnamon, vanilla, thyme.
Fruit and spices overlapping and nicely integrated.
The taste is fresh with clear fruit, soft tannins and light body.
The alcohol is nicely integrated and has a soft feel. -

November 18, 2023 - Red berries and somewhat taut at opening. Decanted and after 1 hour it was marvelous. Elegance and light to medium body. Will be better with storage (2-3 yrs) in the cellar but was good now.
