April 15, 2010 - Ruby colour. Intense, strong, spicy bouquet with aromas of strawberries, red berries, cherry pit, pepper and spices. Slight note of paint. On the palate well-structured, acidic with delicate tannins. Fruity with pleasant finish.

Paired with Primi piatti
Nice crimson color, good fruit on the nose and great structure and medium body - crisp finish. Cut through the burro e salvia on the ravioli.
