  February 10, 2024 - Green apple, lemon, yeasty notes, something vegetal (asparagus?) on the nose. The palate is dry crisp green apple, with just a slight bitterness that turns into a long finish by turns sweet, sour, salty, and bitter. Great body, some creaminess, just a very pretty, very well-crafted Albarino. Time in the glass brings out a broader suite of aromas – pineapple, pear, both lemon juice and lemon zest, jasmine, chalkboard, and a slight maple syrup. The only downside for me was a slight aspirin note. Otherwise, it’s a precise, crafted Albarino.

  January 27, 2024 - Nice example of an albarino. Lots of citrus, Lime, grapefruit and lemon. High acidity some acidity. Long lasting taste.
