May 1, 2024 - Pale lemon in colour.
On the nose, the wine has honey, pear, nectarine, tropical fruit of green papaya and fresh mango, white melon, white lily. It’s developing.
On the palate, it is high acidity, medium plus alcohol, medium plus body, medium plus flavour intensity with canned pineapple, ripe peach. The finish is medium.
Solid quality, nice intensity with oily texture but balanced well with good acidity. Great to pair with fried rice! -

October 16, 2023 - Starting to open up after 45 minutes of air. Round citrus fruit. Nice balancing acid. Lemon zest. Some mineral.
