    Pronounced nose intensity with notes of white flora, yellow fruits, mineral, bread. High acidity.

    April 19, 2024 - April BYO (Bodø, Norway): The wine has a light copper color—a fine and fruity nose with a hint of almond. The wine has a high and pronounced acidity on the palate with a distinct flavor of green apple. The wine is also experienced as mineral with salt as a clear marker. The wine has a slim finish and is of medium length.

    April 8, 2024 - July 2021 disgorgement. Golden in colour. Nose shows red citrus and some toast. Full bodied substantial mouthfeel oxidative yet well balanced with well pitched acidity and seems to deliver red apple on the palate yet not really appley at the same time. A correct bottle to restore the faith after a previous bottle from same batch didn't perform. 1g/L dosage.
