May 29, 2023 - Color/App: light, straw yellow with a touch of green tint; medium viscosity. Pleasant bouquet of orange pith, stone fruit, citrus and white flowers. Medium-bodied palate showing off grapefruit and other citrus, honey, green apple and some nice minerality. Well made with nice acid/fruit balance and a reasonably long finish. Excellent QPR at the NH state stores for $10 on sale.
Downgraded just a bit after having another bottle 7/24 and noticing an unpleasant, slightly pithy/bitter spine running through it. Bottle variation?
