    September 21, 2020 - Slow O'd 4 hours. On the positive side, the wine is not dead, it is still drinkable with some life left. The wine is subdued and very well intregrated. There's kind of a hollow fruit quality to it, there isn't much minerality or any kind of rocky taste that you get from Burgundy. I've 8 Arcadian pinots left that I've purchased from the winery. I wish one of them would be a great bottle....
