  December 31, 2020 - Still holding up well. Clean tasting, dry, no sweetness. Nice finish.

  December 13, 2020 - Same bottle as Bob. This was a little funky when first opened. With a little air it showed great and was delicious with the egg, lobster and truffles. Lime and honeyed notes.

  November 11, 2012 - Light color. Chèvre, nice citrus and some wax. Nice almonds on the palate. Good wine! Holding up well, but drink now. I have had more developed bottles than this one.

  Appearance: Medium Intensity/ Gold Color.
  
  Aroma: Medium to Medium + Intensity/ Quince and Apricot, some tropical, Mushroom, Loam, Bready.
  
  Palate: Medium Acidity, Medium Body, Medium + to Long Length, Medium Alcohol/ Bread, Quince and Apricot, Earth/Loam
  
  The nose really meets the palate seemlessly. Viscous but not overly blousy. Very well balanced.
  
  Overall a very good wine that will develop for the next 5-7 years before beginning to degrade.
