April 19, 2024 - Slightly darker than pale lemon in colour with aromas of blossoms, pear & pineapple. On the palate, medium bodied citrus/lemon, pear, pineapple, blossoms, brioche, hint nuts, medium acidity with a long finish to slightly oaky, saline, chalky minerality. The small degree of malolactic fermentation definitely adds to the freshness, but this vintage seems oakier than previous ones.
